Week Roundup (weigh in 12/09 & 19/09) & #777Challenge

My posts have been missing for the past two weeks!
The commute with the new job has taken it out of me more than I thought it would (it's an extra 40 minutes each way).

Thankfully it has not stopped my motivation to stay on plan, and I have been on plan all of September!

Super proud of myself as I do not know the last time I had such a good "on plan" streak.
I completely credit it to doing the 777 Challenge.  It gave me a chance to "reset" my focus, it has also made me grateful to be able to have 15 syns again (if I want to).  Where I was restricted to only 7 syns a day I got creative with my treat plates so that I was getting a good amount for the fewest syns.  I definitely recommend giving this challenge a go to anyone out there struggling with staying on plan.
Also I haven't had wine in four weeks!!  God I miss it, I'm glad we're now going into colder weather which for me is a better time to have spirits and mixers as I don't need a long alcoholic drink to quench my thirst.

By being properly on plan I am well on my way to the target I set myself to get before Christmas (weigh in on 19/12).  
I want to have lost 4 stone, I am currently 21lbs away from that target and there are 13 weigh ins left.  I aim to lose 2lbs per week and that will get me there!
As long as I don't cause too much damage over Christmas I will then be able to get my 4.5 stone award in January 😄


Food I have enjoyed this past few weeks have been the Ocean Pie from the Slimming World Food Glorious Food, and the Baked Bean Soup from the Slimming World Eat More for Less cookbook.  



 
As well as the pinchofnom Lemon Drizzle Loaf.  I also made their Cinnamon Drizzle Squares, they're really lush for just 2.5 syns per square!

I haven't gotten down to the gym, and that really sucks, I miss the floaty endorphin feeling after a gym sesh, I'm hopeful that this week will be better.  I really want to get the Slimming World Gold Body Magic award, and for that I need to do 150 minutes of activity each week (over at least 5 days) maintained for 8 weeks.  My aim is to get this award by the weigh in before Christmas (19/12).
