Whoops!
Fell off the posting bandwagon didn't I?!
I have had quite a few ups and downs since I last posted.
Work has been hard, the change in job role has left me feeling so out of my depth I question regularly whether or not I want to do it any more.
It has included training days in central London where I struggle to stay on plan with Slimming World as I keep ending up in Starbucks for the essential caffeine to keep myself awake.
I am a terrible stress eater and I keep walking down the old path of binging, I feel like this will always be something I struggle with so I think I need to accept it so it has less power over me.
There have been some high points, I have gotten back into Powerwave classes, and I am now up to a 5kg bag again.
I have fallen in love with Skinny Caffe Skinny Coffee, it is so delicious! And mega bonus, managed to get hold of Marilyn Manson tickets for December 💜.
For June my aim was to do five lots of exercise a week and try out a new class. I have yet to achieve this so I am hoping for the last two weeks of June I can up my game and follow through with it.
Another aim was to get my two stone lost certificate, I am now 4.5lbs away from this and with two weigh-ins left of the month I am hopeful I will be able to pull it out the bag.
