Non Food Rewards
Food is a funny thing, we use it when we're sad, happy, and when we're celebrating, take birthday cake for example!
I want to break the cycle of rewarding with food...I am a human, not a dog.
To start off I don't want to celebrate my weight loss milestones with food.
I want to set out proper rewards that I can look forward to, and also rewards that will not set me back on the weight loss path that I am on.
I have started to think about things I have been wanting, for example I have always wanted knee high boots but my legs haven't fitted or looked right in them.
My weight loss rewards that I have picked are:
1 stone lost = Milk Oolong tea from East India Tea Company & Marie Kondo book
2 stone lost = Hair cut and side fringe cut back in...it's been a while
3 stone lost = Lilash eyelash serum
4 stone lost = Eyebrows micro-bladed
5 stone lost = Nose piercing
6 stone lost = Knee high boots and a knee length skirt
7 stone lost & goal weight = Tattoo
