End of Week 6

Week six is over and done with and on the scales I clocked a Maintain.  
Quite pleased with that as I had found out I got a new job that I had really worked so hard on, it was such an exhausting process that has stretched over two and a half months, so finding out I had got it was amazing!

I ended up celebrating with a whole bottle of sparkling rose wine and a meal out.

I tried to make good choices with the food but annoyingly the veg was definitely graced with butter.
Lesson for next time, don't pick that restaurant and also must try harder.

It's still a learning curve though, I do find eating out and socialising daunting when I am dieting as I can't fully enjoy the moment as I am overwhelmingly aware it could be damaging my chance to be happy (...lighter).

Total weight loss so far...9 lbs



Expectations and aims for next week are to focus more on the "speed free" foods and also work in a few SP days.  These are where meals contain "Speed Free" and "Free Protein" foods only.  So effectively no carbs with meals and adding more veg.  I am hoping this will speed up my weight loss to catch up with my target.  
It's my birthday on 24th Feb and I was really hoping to have lost a stone by then!
