Stepped on the Scales
I cannot believe that I didn't put any weight on over the weekend!
Current weight loss = 13 pounds.
Now I have breathed a sigh of relief it is time to get back at it.
I am back on track with my diet, which is great, I forget how good I feel when I eat healthily!
As my ankle is still recovering I did a weights session at the gym last night, numbers below are in kilos are I used a bar throughout 💪🏼.
I am making sure I have my iBCAA's before and after my workouts to assist my body with repair post workout and post injury.
I have also sorted out my vitamins and I am taking the following:
⭐︎ 3 x 1000mg Omega 3 (one at each meal) - Essential Fatty Acids speed up recovery
⭐︎ 1 x 1000mg Vitamin C (post workout) - Assists tissue repair and growth
⭐︎ 1 x 500mg Calcium & 250mg Magnesium (at bedtime) - Calcium helps repair connective tissue and magnesium assists with Calcium and Vit D absorption
⭐︎ 1 x 2000mg Garlic Oil (with Allicin - the stinky ones) (with dinner) - Benefits heart health, and I believe that it has helped me as I didn't have a chest infection at all last winter this was the only difference in my lifestyle, and before I was getting them every winter without fail.
In other news, Starbucks Teavana in Blackberry Mojito is lush!
It is quite minty but super refreshing, just what I hoped for, I cannot wait to try the Peach one.
FYI Macros, for the 16oz Grande it is 30.4g Carbs; 1.3g Protein, 0g Fat (and 128 calories).
