May Monthly Round Up

So, in total I went to the gym 8 times…EIGHT
Total calories burned 2880.

Flipping ‘eck, not good enough, I was ill for a week but that doesn’t excuse the rest.
Total weight lost this year: 9.4 pounds, which don’t get me wrong, I am really happy about, but it could have been so much more by now. If only I wasn’t always sabotaging myself.



So new month equals another new beginning, so I need to push myself further.

I am trying to keep listening to the hypnotherapy recording as that does help; I am listening to it twice a week on average, which isn’t enough.


Also finding easy excuses to not bother with the gym, that needs to stop, and last but certainly not least, random binges especially when I see I haven’t lost any weight  

This month I am setting myself new goals that I must stick to:
  1. NO BINGING
  2. Track faithfully and everyday - I want to start building up the myfitnesspal streak again
  3. Drink 2 litres of water a day - this will hopefully help my not feel so peckish
  4. Listen to hypnotherapy recording 3 nights a week
  5. Lose 7 pounds this month
