Week roundup (weigh in 14/11)

Ahem...starting to feel like a broken record...all good plans, suddenly up in smoke.

I had such a good plan this week and I've gone straight back into binge mode!!  Plus cheeky wine and beer made a reappearance.
So much so I had horrendous heartburn on Tuesday, I think that is going to be the turning point to change.  I used to get heartburn regularly before I started Slimming World, and eating healthfully got rid of it.  I cannot go back to living like that again.

Yesterday (weigh in day) I decided to start afresh, after going to bed the night before feeling sorry for myself as I had no rennies!
I woke up this morning and prepared my breakfast to take to work, it was a beetroot wrap with fried eggs, fried mushrooms (both fried in frylight), and baked beans.
It was a massive breakfast, which I prefer on weigh day as sometimes I skip lunch...bad I know...one of those stupid things I accidentally did once (too busy to eat) and carried on.  Today I didn't skip entirely, I had two large navel oranges for lunch.
After weigh in (during image therapy) I ate overnight oats (1.5 syns for yoghurt & HExB for oats), as I was going to give blood after group and I didn't want to pass out from low blood sugar.
I had a Club biscuit for 5 syns post donation.  #winning
You get to save up to three lives AND get rewarded with chocolate? BEST IDEA EVER.

Dinner was one of the awesome amazing Morrisons 2 syn fishcakes, with a mountain of cauliflower and broccoli.
Ended the day with a hifi bar (3 syns).
Total of 11.5 syns for the day, that is a good start for the week ahead!

This week could prove trying, I have plans at the weekend, though I have planned around them which I will update you on in a post on Sunday.

Also...I feel like I have pretty much shaken off my second cold!  I'm just left with a cough that bothers me when the air is a bit dry.  So, with that in mind, I'm gonna get my butt to the gym this week, even if it is just once.  Once is better than nothing and it is me getting back on the road to recovery.

Weight difference this week:
Time spent in the gym: 0 minutes

Aims for the week ahead:
3 lb loss on the scales
At least one gym session, maximum two.
