Week roundup (weigh in 26/09)

This week had a bumpy weekend, I was sooooo good, up until I couldn't hold myself back form a binge.  It's sad to say but sometimes I cannot resist the urge to eat everything in sight.  
When it happens I am aware it is happening, but I feel completely out of control and unable to stop myself.
Thankfully it is happening less and less now, but it is still a struggle at least a couple of times a month it will rear it's ugly head.
I will keep fighting though, giving up is not option anymore.

Healthy food I have been loving this week is roasted veg!  I have had it several days for dinner with chicken.
I roast it in the oven with Butter Frylight and Schwartz Classic Chip Seasoning, nom.




Still haven't got my butt into the gym,
