777 Challenge
From yesterday (Tuesday) I have started the "777 Challenge"
This means each day for seven days I must:
- Have no more than 7 syns
- Have at least 7 glasses of water
- Have at least 7 different speed foods
I have seen this concept floating around Instagram for a while, and I searched it under the tags page and it seems a lot of people out there are doing this and having great results to boot!
My plan is to do it from Tuesday 28th August through to 5th September, so it will be one day longer than the usual seven.
I do have a little bump in the road as tonight I'm going out for dinner at Harvester after weigh in. I have planned to have the salmon, jacket potato, and veg so that will be syn free, I am going to indulge in a dessert, their "Sundae Best" comes with several different choices of sauce flavour and according to the SW app they're all 17.5 syns.
As my syns will be 10.5 over the 7 syns a day challenge requirement, I have calculated that if I have 5 syns a day instead of 7 that will make up for the deficit.
Tuesday 28/08 was completely on plan: 5 syns, 7 glasses of water (squash), 9 different speed foods.
I have found a 777 Challenge tracker created by "@GoalPlanners" on Instagram and I will be updating that in my insta stories at the end of each day.
